Booking Forms, Maps Please ensure you return BOTH sheets 2009 BOOKINGS CLOSED ******** AIR STRIP The Mingenew Airstrip is available for use, to view information click here - please contact the Mingenew Shire Council for further information or permission requirements Camping for Exhibitors Camping is available at the Mingenew Caravan Park located on Leesteere St. Bookings for caravan park can be made by phoning 08 9928 1019 ****** Liquor License** Exhibitors requiring a liquor license for a sundowner mus apply for their OWN liquor license from the Dept of Racing, Gaming & Liquor. A copy of license must be provided to the expo office prior to expo. Wineries will be covered under the Expo Liquor license, but must provide details of their License number. Permission letters & applications form from the Mingenew Shire can be obtained through the following download Shire Permission Letter & Application form Should you wish to support the local town by purchasing your requirements from either Mingenew IGA (08 9928 1003) or Mingenew Commercial Hotel (08 9928 1002), the Mingenew Expo Drinks committee will collect, chill & deliver for a small fee.
